Collecting miles is easy. Every time you travel with Eurolines Lux Express or use other services of BalticMiles partners – for instance fly on a plane, rent a car, book accommodation, use telecommunication services, make purchases using BalticMiles credit card etc. – you collect miles to your account.

In order to collect bonus miles you must enter your BalticMiles card number in Eurolines Lux Express on-line sales system. When purchasing a ticket from an office and/or booking it by phone you must tell the staff member your BalticMiles card number before registering the ticket.

Travelling with Lux Express gives the customer bonus miles as follows:

Travelling within the Baltic States:
Tallinn-Pärnu-Riga - 100 miles
Riga-Pärnu-Tallinn - 100 miles
Riia-Šiauliai-Klaipeda - 100 miles
Klaipeda-Šiauliai-Riga - 100 miles
Riga-Panevezys-Vilnius - 100 miles
Vilnius-Panevezys-Riga - 100 miles

Travelling to St. Petersburg:
Tallinn-Narva-St. Petersburg – 200 miles
St. Petersburg-Narva-Tallinn - 200 miles

In cases where you have travelled with Lux Express, but your card number has not been entered into the booking or if the ticket has been bought from a coach driver, the card number can be entered retroactively within 1 week in Eurolines Lux Express sales representatives’ offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Klaipeda and St. Petersburg or by sending Lux Express a copy of the ticket and customer information.
